How far does the company travel for cleaning services?
We cater to all neighborhoods in the Cincinnati, Ohio and Greater Northern Kentucky area. We travel an hour at most for all cleaning services.
Do you have an extra cleaning fee?
In cases of the home requires more tlc, we do add an extra cleaning fee starting at $30. This fee is also the same for cleaning up pet feces.
What is included in the service?
For our residential cleans we provide all cleaning products and supplies but highly recommend using the customer's kitchen garbage bags, toilet brushes and vacuum to travel of dust, dirt, and bacteria from home to home. We provide all the necessary equipment and supplies for commercial cleans.
Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
We offer daily, weekly, biweekly, triweekly, and monthly all recurring cleaning services. We also have one time cleans for any occasion.
How will our relationship work?
We understand how important communication is, especially when it comes your home or business. We will always said a confirmation email for scheduled cleans, send a reminder message the day before cleans, and let you know when were on the way to clean.
Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
We want you with our cleaners in your home and leave that choice up to you. For the first clean we do ask that you are home so we know you are satisficed with our work.
How do I reschedule a clean that I canceled?
You can call or text us at 513-546-4818 and we will reschedule your clean for the needed date.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm and are open on Sundays by appointment.
